The family room was equipped with climate control, cable channels, and an iron. The hotel is located in a nice building in a very favorable and unbeatable location, close to the touristy old town. We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall.

We really liked how clean everything was, and we especially enjoyed the double room 😃.

Stayed here for 3 days and this place is well located, just a short walk to the bus station for Santa Marta and the city center.

The hotel is immaculately clean !! Very good, The bed is comfortable, pillows were a bit thick and lumpy for me but there were plenty of them. I don't care for air conditioning but it was a very good one. The bathroom is about 3" square so - cosy. I could order food from, or bring it from outside and sit at a nice table, could order a beer (but it is not a bar). There was a fan there which was nice in the heat. The neighbourhood concerned me my fist two days (of a 1 month stay) but I realized it was an east end type neigbourhood and quite natural. There were no problems. They have contact info for a private taxi driver, Lewis, he is like having a chauffeur, so polite, knowledgeable about the city and reliable. Do use him! I loved Cartagena and Teresa and her husband and the hotel.

Everything was simply great. Would stay here again. The hotel was spotless. Truly enjoyed our extremely spacious and fairly quiet rooms with bathroom. The staff were nice. Having a shower, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus.

As a group of friends, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful tips from the owners. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, equipped with satellite TV and modern A/C.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

The breakfast offers a good selection of affordable food, the rooms come with bathrooms, and the location is convenient with easy access to the airport, buses to Santa Marta, and the city center in the evenings.

I had a great stay at Boutique High Park in Cartagena. Amazing value for money, with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could've been better was the menu for breakfast.
